Below is the write up submitted by a parent of a student at Liberty Middle School.

I need to give a shout out to the principal at Liberty Middle. Yesterday, our 8th-grade daughter needed to go to the ER (won't go into details other than to say she's OK). I show up at the hospital expecting a counselor or nurse from the school, but it was him, sitting in her room, comforting her. He stayed for at least another half hour after I got there. He's a real stand-up guy. I was impressed and I just wanted to share so people know what a great principal they have at Liberty. As a plus, he's a Pittsburgher and Steelers fan which makes him even cooler!
